Sources consulted by the DIRB do not provide information additional to that contained in Response to Information Request LBN24937.E of 23 September 1996, which provides information on the homosexuals community in Lebanon.

While not directly referring to the status of homosexuals in Lebanon, Response to Information Request SYR15361.E of 8 October 1993, which provides general information on the status of homosexuals in the Middle East, might be useful.
