According to a 1998 NATO fellowship Final Report entitled A Two-Way Approach to Stability in the Arab Southern Mediterranean Coastal States, in a section on Libya, that the Libyan Liberation Organization (LLO) is among opposition groups that operate in exile.

Further current information on the LLO could not be found among the sources consulted by the Research Directorate.
