Libyan Liberation Organization (LLO) [LBY37443.E]

According to a 1998 NATO fellowship Final Report entitled A Two-Way Approach to Stability in the Arab Southern Mediterranean Coastal States, in a section on Libya, that the Libyan Liberation Organization (LLO) is among opposition groups that operate in exile.
