3 during the period 1982-86.
According to the attached map from
Iran: A Travel Survival Kit, Tabriz's police headquarters
is located in an area surrounded on three sides by Shariati Avenue,
Eman Khomeini Avenue and Bazargan Avenue (1992, 288).
