Information on treatment or abuses of Alianza Civica members by Mexican authorities, 1995-97 [MEX27636.E]

In a 9 September 1997 telephone interview, a representative of Alianza Civica in Mexico City stated that from 1995 to the present its members have not suffered abuses or abusive treatment from Mexican authorities.
