June 1995, the Estonian parliament made amendments in June 1995 to
the July 1993 law on foreigners. For further information on the
amendments, please consult that attachment. Information on whether
there have been additional changes could not be found among the
sources consulted by the DIRB. For further information on the law
on aliens, please consult the Estonian Radio attachment of 4
January 1996.
This Response was prepared after
researching publicly accessible information currently available to
the DIRB within time constraints. This Response is not, and does
