Please note that the attached articles refer mostly to the initial allegations, as reported in September 1986, and on the Canadian government's response to them. More recent reports discussing the diplomat's departure from Canada or his current whereabouts could not be found among the sources consulted by the DIRB, which include various on-line databases searched for this Response and the sources consulted for Response to Information Request LKA19863.E.
