Information on whether a child born in Russia in 1973 of a Russian mother and Cuban father has a right or claim to Russian citizenship or whether the child could renounce his Cuban citizenship and become a Russian [RUS15085]

According to an official of the Russian Embassy, each nationality case is determined on an individual basis by the Russian authorities (15 Aug. 1993).
