Forced recruitment by the NPA for "tax" collection and other purposes [PHL5574]

Specific references to cases of forced recruitment by the New People's Army (NPA) for specific tasks could not be found among the sources currently available to the IRBDC. However, various sources report cases of intimidation and collaboration under threat, as well as abductions by the NPA.
