Article 3

The programme, Statute and the activities of the political parties may not be aimed at:

- violent destruction of the constitutional order;

- instigation or calling on war aggression and

- stirring up of national, religious or race hatred or intolerance.

Article 40

With a fine from 800 EUR to 4800 EUR in denars counter value a  political party shall be fined for a misdemeanour if:

- it is organised or acts contrary to the provisions in Article 3.
